Racks for atypical products
They are the ideal solution for the efficient storage of goods with varied shapes and sizes. These specialized shelving systems maximize space utilization in the warehouse and ensure the safe and efficient handling of non-standard goods.
Cantilever racks with extendable brackets
The telescopic cantilever racking system is designed for storing long items such as bars and metal profiles, providing easy access and protection against external factors. The handling of items is done from above, usually with the help of an overhead crane or a forklift with a crane, with the system being similar to a traditional cantilever rack, retaining all its advantages and offering more stacking options. The novelty lies in the telescopic cantilever arms, which are electrically extendable storage levels. These extend to allow the stacking of materials and then retract into the rack, allowing safe use of the available space, ensuring clear and efficient organization of the storage space, and facilitating the handling of long and bulky materials.

Operator description
The operator uses a pulling mechanism that can be operated manually or electrically. In manual mode, the operator turns a crank to move the mechanism’s arms through a chain gear, and the movement is limited by mechanical stops. In the electric version, the arms are moved by electric drives controlled by buttons, and stopping at the extreme limits is done automatically with limit switches and mechanical stops. When the arms are fully extended, the rack is ready for handling with the crane. In the electric version, the slide is returned to the initial position via a command from the controller, and in the manual version, the crank is used to retract the arms into the rack.
Large-opening tower-type racking system
The semi-automatic system for vertical storage with a large opening is designed to store long bars, frequently used for bars and metal profiles. Its minimum configuration includes a robust, welded structure with two towers, whose placement and height can be adjusted. These double towers are designed to store individual handling units in two opposite columns. The containers are welded and sized to fit typical transport formats and the weights of metal materials. The extractor, part of the lifting system, transfers the handling units horizontally between the storage positions on both sides of the tower and the lifting device, which moves them vertically between the storage position and the transfer manipulator, at an ergonomic height. The transfer manipulator ensures the horizontal movement of the container and material at a defined distance from the equipment. Handling of stacks and individual bars is usually done with an overhead crane with slings or a magnet. If whole stack handling with a forklift is required, an optional material pickup function at the transfer position can be added.

Tower for metal sheet
A semi-automatic vertical storage system, called Tower, is specially designed for storing materials in the form of metal sheets. The tower has a robust welded structure with customizable configuration and height, adapted for the vertical storage of handling units. The containers of these units are constructed by welding and are sized according to typical transport formats and weights of steel sheets.
The extractor, part of the lifting manipulator, moves the handling unit horizontally to and from the storage position in the tower, while the lifting manipulator moves it vertically to and from the transfer position. The mobile distribution table at the transfer point allows for lifting the material onto the container, facilitating the transfer of entire sheet packages with the help of a forklift. The handling of individual sheets is usually done with a vacuum or magnet manipulator. In multi-tower systems, the transfer point can be configured at the front, rear, and/or side, depending on the tower design.

Storage system with pull-out DRIVER BOX platform
DRIVER BOX is a storage system designed for flat materials, such as metal sheets. It includes extendable shelves, facilitating access to materials. The shelves can be operated manually or with electric motors.
The DRIVER BOX storage system consists of three main parts:
- The Box: It is a welded structure that includes elements for rigidity, door attachment, and floor anchoring.
- The Box Door: This is formed from two welded leaves, having elements for guiding the extendable shelves and securing the door.
- The Extendable Shelves: These are welded structures that include elements for guidance and material storage.
The system can be used in two positions: basic (with shelves extended) and working (with shelves retracted). The movement of the shelves is limited by the stops on the door and the retraction stops. To increase storage capacity, the shelves can have crossbars on the upper surface, allowing manipulation with a forklift, useful for storing sheet metal bales. Access to materials is done manually or with a bridge crane equipped with suitable accessories, when the shelf is in the working position.
Characteristics
- Design: unilateral or bilateral
- Dimensions: 1000 x 2000 mm, 1250 x 2500 mm, 1500 x 3000 mm, and up to 2000 x 6500 mm in exceptional cases
- Maximum load capacity: up to 3000 kg per shelf
- Distance between shelves: varies between 100 and 200 mm, depending on the height of the material
- DRIVER BOX height: up to 2200 mm, with the option to add a superstructure
- Extension: manual (by pulling/pushing the drawer) or electric (via buttons on the control panel)
- Storage location: indoor
- Height adjustment: not possible, crossbars are part of the construction
- Color: standard blue RAL 5010, extensions red RAL 3000, other colors available upon request (electrostatic painting – komaxit)
Advantages of the DRIVER BOX system
- Maximizing storage space for flat materials and sheets
- Easy access to materials through extendable shelves
- Simple handling, manual or electric
- High load capacity
- Solid and durable construction
- Adaptability to various materials and sizes
- Efficient stock organization
Operation
In manual handling, the operator manually extends and retracts the drawer. The movement is limited by mechanical stops. This mode of operation is common for shelves with a capacity of up to 3000 kg.
The electric version uses electric motors for shelf movement, controlled by buttons on the control panel located next to the DRIVER BOX. Stopping in the extreme positions is automatic, achieved through limit switches and mechanical stops.
Tire racks
Our mobile cantilever tire racks optimize storage space, allowing you to efficiently organize tires. These solutions are not only practical but also impress clients. With our racks, you can make the most of the available space while keeping tires in excellent condition. Forget the clutter associated with tire storage – with our racks, everything will be clear and accessible.
Properties
- The shelves are constructed from standard pieces;
- Available in two-row versions for access from both sides or single-row versions to be placed against walls;
- They have a very durable surface protection, being galvanized;
- They can be low height for floor placement or taller for stacking with handling equipment.
Advantages
- To achieve high stacking density while maintaining the necessary comfort in storage and operation, you can use mobile racks for tires. This method is similar to that of fixed or beam racks and can increase storage capacity by up to 50% in the same space.
- It is an economical solution for maximizing the use of available space.
- Mobile racks are suitable for both small assemblies, from 2 meters high, and large warehouses serviced by handling equipment.
- They can be operated manually, electrically, or automatically, providing direct access to each stored unit.
Operation
With manual handling, the operator extends and retracts the drawer manually. Movement is limited by mechanical stops. This mode of operation is common for shelves with a capacity of up to 3000 kg.
The electric variant uses electric motors for shelf movement, controlled by buttons on the control panel located next to the DRIVER BOX. Stopping in extreme positions is automatic, achieved through limit switches and mechanical stops.
