• Assembly made up of modules each 1000 mm long, with a height of 2100 mm, featuring a compartment at the bottom for bags, gloves, waste, vacuum cleaner;
• Modules with special trays for bulk hot pastry products;
• Illuminated shelves;
• Front compartment made of tempered glass with a damping closure system;
• Accessories: tongs for serving products.
