Laser SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping)
SLAM lasers rely on LiDAR sensors to collect data by emitting laser beams and measuring their return time after interacting with objects in the environment. These distance measurements are combined to create complex 3D maps of the environment. At the same time, the Laser SLAM algorithm also estimates the position and orientation of the robot or camera in this mapped space.
