The AirRob system is a tote handling system that delievers high storage density and high flow rate by introducing automation to racking structures. It achieves efficient and intensive pick, storing and delivery of items.
The system is consisted of AirRob, ground robots, racks, totes and work stations. Free from limitations of rack types and environment, the system is easy to deploy and expand.
High Storage Capacity
· Twin Directional Picking - works for racks located both in front and behind the robot;
· Necessary aisle width: 850 mm;
· 10 mm space between totes;
· A single AirRob can pick and store 150 totes per hour.
High Flow Rate
• One AirRob can pair with multiple ground robots;
• One workstation achieves 600 inbounds and 600 outbounds of totes.
Quick Deployment & High Stability
•The deployment can be done within a month;
• Low maintenance requirement, supports software remote adjustment, components are fully modular and replaceable.
High Flexibility
· Compatible with different types of totes and racks;
· Several robots can be deployed on one aisle, the whole system being easily expandable by adding more racks.
